About the artist

Hello. My name is Crystal Luzynski and you’ve entered my Biography page. Ever since I was a little girl growing up on the farm, flowers and nature have fascinated me. I decided at a young age that I wanted to show my passion for flowers through artistic drawing and painting. In high school, I devoted all the credit hours I could towards art. Art appreciation, History in Art, Still life, and the list goes on. I took classes that taught watercolor, charcoal, pen and ink, and oils. I also dabbled in ceramics and printmaking. I have decided to try a different media in which to express my love of flowers. Photography. Contained within these pages is a passionate look at flowers. Some are exotic, and some very common. My hope in photographing these flowers is to open your mind to the beautiful aspects that the average person may overlook or may not even know exists. I am hoping to expose myself as a novice photographer with an intimate view on the world of flowers. You'll have to tell me how I do!
